The hotel is set in a pleasant environment full of the renges of verdures and close to City swimming pool Havířov. The hotel disposes of its own car park in the front of the hotel and a summer terrace. Primarily the hotel served as the centre for organizing international motor show Havířov – Těrlicko - Ostrava. In 2007 the building was reconstructed – especially an accommodation facility and a restaurant. Nowadays the relaxation complex including sauna, whirpool and fit centre is being constructed.
