Invitation & Regulations
Dear all,
It is my pleasure, as president of the Technical Committee and also on behalf of the Czech organisation, to send you the invitation to take part in the upcoming Europa Cup 2011, which is going to take place in Havirov (CZ) from the 31th of August till the 4th of September. I am aware of the fact that some countries already selected a participant: please pass this info on to your participant, as they will be eagerly awaiting it. I am also aware of the fact that in some countries the decision about their participant will be taken áfter the enrolment deadline of the 28th of February. I must advise these countries to nevertheless send in the enrolment form and mention on it that the names will be given later. We have a limited amount of places available (max. 24) and we have much interest to take part, also from non member countries!! So places not occupied by Florint members or candidate members will be given away to other interested parties aft er the 28th of February!
The detailed time table and other info named in the regulations will be sent out to the participants and the national associations in the second half of February.
